Our Institution

Government Degree College No. 2 Mardan is a public-sector institution of higher education under the Higher Education Department, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Since its establishment in 1991, the college has been committed to providing quality, affordable education to the youth of Mardan and its surrounding areas.
We believe education is the foundation of a strong society. Our aim is to develop students who are knowledgeable, skilled, disciplined, and responsible citizens of Pakistan.

Founded in 1991, the college has served students of the region as a center of quality education, academic excellence and character building.

Our History

The college began in 1991 as an intermediate college with a small number of students and teachers. Through the dedication of its faculty, staff, and the support of the community, it has grown into a degree college offering intermediate, graduate, and BS programs. Today, the college serves 1600 students and continues to expand its academic programs and facilities.
